Note-Link is perfect to save time and effort in any setting that records audio or video of an event.  And, the nice part is, in most cases, it doesn't change how you are presently working.  Instead of paying attention to "typing" what is going on, you can pay attention to the proceedings or the meeting, and easily take notes by hand.  It also helps in cases where you can not bring a laptop or PC into the meeting area.
